If you're experiencing no audio at all, please try the following steps:
1) Verify the volume controls on both your media player and your computer to ensure they are not muted or set too low.
2) Test playing a song that is stored directly on your computer to determine if the issue is specific to the media player or source.
3) It's possible that the autoplay and audio function is disabled in your browser settings, especially if you're using a new computer.
Please verify that autoplay is enabled for our player:

You should select "Allow Audio and Video"
For Chrome browser, double check the "Sound" is enabled as shown below:
4) Some browser extensions could possible to block our player functionality. Please try with another browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) or in Incognito / Private window.
